Phailin Cyclone in Bhubaneswar Resulted in Heavy Rain and High Speed Wind

Phailin Cyclone – the cyclonic storm that hit Odisha coastline (main center was Gopalpur in Ganjam District), also left its impact in the state capital – Bhubaneswar. Phailin Cyclone in Bhubaneswar bellowed with heavy rain and strong winds with a good speed. Uprooted trees, wall collapse, fallen electricity poles, destroyed glasses of buildings were everywhere after the storm and heavy rain passed. 

Aftermath of cyclone was terrible as heavy rains and very fast winds demolished havoc in Bhubaneswar even before the Phailin cyclone hit the coastline of Odisha. During the Phailin Cyclone in Bhubaneswar, weather got worse for the reason of the cyclonic storm that hit the Indian state badly. Trains and flights were cancelled; while tourists staying in different hotels were requested to stay there until the weather conditions came into favor.
